The equipment is an enclosed container which is in vacuum state during working. Several layers of tetrafluoroethylene guide belts are arranged in the container. A cooling plate is arranged below the guide belts. Hot melt material flow in an upstream procedure is uniformly distributed or pelletized on each layer of guide belts (tetrafluoroethylene) through a distributor. Hot melt material has adjustable distribution thickness and can be uniformly distributed onto the surfaces of the guide belts. The guide belts drive the hot melt material to move forward. Heat is conducted by the cooling plate, so that the hot melt material is quickly cured and shaped into tablets or particles. The material is scraped by scraper at the discharge end of the container, and is discharged from a vacuum discharge cabin. If material needing to be pulverized can be pulverized in the vacuum cabin as required, dust pollution can be avoided.

Teflon (PTFE) guide belts are non-sticky, and are suitable for various high-viscosity and high-adhesion materials. 6. Revolving guide belts are reversed and bent at the discharging end, so that cured particles are naturally separated from binding surface of guide belts. Therefore, the shapes of particles are protected, and product quality and competitiveness are improved. 7. Tableted materials can be pulverized to required meshes (20-200 meshes), and are continuously pulverized and discharged in vacuum, so that dust is avoided and the operating environment is improved. 8. Segmented temperature control is adopted, variable-frequency speed regulation of guide belt in each layer is programmed under the control of PLC, and operation is carried out through human-computer interface of PC, so that product quality is adjusted and controlled conveniently, automatic degree is high and labor force is saved.
